Processing Times

Most items are processed and ready to ship within 2-5 business days.

Items marked as "Made to Order" or large-scale items require extended handling time. Specific processing times for these items are noted on the individual product pages.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. National holidays in Bulgaria (country of origin) may affect handling times.

Shipping Methods

We offer Standard Shipping by default for all orders. Expedited shipping options are available upon request - please contact us before placing your order to arrange expedited delivery.

Free shipping is available for orders above our specified threshold.

Delivery Times
